  • Protect yourself and family members from sunburn, rashes, heat exhaustion and heatstroke. Try to stay hydrated and remember, you will be sitting outside and possibly in the direct sunlight. You'll be surprised at the amount of water you may need to make up for all that sweating outside.

  • Be certain to apply waterproof sunscreen before you enter the race park & throughout the day. Hats are good for additional sun protection too.

  • You will be sitting....a lot! So, a seat cushion might be a good idea.

  • Be cautious and courteous to others around you. The stands might be packed. Try not to bump into others or trip over a small child by not paying attention to where you are going.

  • Always be sure to have FUN!!!
