As part of registration, you may set up a Profile describing yourexpertise and qualifications. Consumers and Artists may review eachothers’ Profiles to help them decide whether to solicit or make a bid ona Event. Information in your Profile is available for any other Member toaccess. We will not have any obligation under this Privacy Policy withrespect to information in your Profile or information you voluntarilyprovide to other Users via the Site.
We use Personal Information for our own internal purposes includingcontacting you via email to inform you about updates to our services andproviding you with information relating to e-commerce transactions thatyou conduct on the Site. We reserve the right to disclose yourinformation as required by law. We do not rent or sell our Users’Personal Information to third parties. We do, however, provide you withthe opportunity to receive newsletters and notifications via email. Ifyou decide to opt in to receive newsletters and notifications, you mayopt out of receiving these newsletters and notifications at any time byclicking on the notifications tab of your preferences menu andunsubscribing from individual categories or globally opt out fromreceiving notifications.

We share the email addresses of Artists and Consumers to each other oncea event is awarded and accepted to enable work on the Event to be undertakenand completed. You agree not to use the disclosed information of othermembers for any purpose other than providing the applicable services andpayments for a Event.
FunandYou.com cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as otherthird parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights,fraud, theft, harassment and other rights. We can (and you authorize usto) disclose any information about you, including the content of youronline communications, if we believe in good faith that such disclosureis necessary to (a) comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenasor warrants served on us; (b) protect or defend the rights or propertyof FunandYou.com or third parties; (c) assist in an investigation; or (d)respond to an emergency that poses a threat to the safety of Users orother persons.
FunandYou.com constantly seeks to improve the quality of the services weprovide and the User experience on the Site.
